Job Title:  Digital Product Engagement Manager
 
Job Summary: 
RevSpring is leading provider of engagement solutions for healthcare and ARM markets. Our goal is to build and sustain a distinct value proposition around omni-channel engagement to establish clear market preference for RevSpring solutions, and unmatched value for our clients.  By omni-channel communications, we mean the ability to interact with a patient/person via print, email, IVR, text, or other means of connection.  This is a key position for a software/SaaS solution leader who can build and drive our product and go to market strategy for omni-channel solutions in the third party collection space, and related markets. This dynamic solution evangelist will be a strategic product leaders for RevSpring omni-channel solutions, which centers around building out the tools, technologies and services that drive engagement with consumers in channels that deliver the best response and outcomes for payment, cost savings, compliance and other initiatives.  A significant portion of this person’s responsibility will be customer customer-facing, supporting the Financial Services sales organization to speak with customers to understand customer needs and evangelize our solutions in the marketplace in the context of compliance regulations and business goals specific to third party debt collections.
 
This individual plays a proactive role throughout the entire product life cycle, ensuring that our products and services are effective at addressing marketplace problems and needs. Meets with key internal and external stakeholders to educate and understand technology, techniques and engagement strategies, customer needs and opportunities, compliance and regulatory requirements, and the competitive landscape. This role will support and collaborate with development, sales and account teams, solutions delivery / implementation, and marketing to drive development and go to market for products and integrations.
 
We are seeking a candidate who first and foremost understand the accounts receivables management market, and can step in as a trusted and knowledgeable advisor to this important group of RevSpring clients. It is also beneficial if this person understands email, text, phone and print engagement technologies and strategies for this market. This position will be responsible for building a solution set that solidifies customer value, collaborating with sales on pricing strategies, training sales on the products and value propositions. RevSpring’s goal is to differentiate our solutions in this market based on deep market insights and understanding, superior technical solutions, and our leading legacy composition and print franchise, which is core to our value proposition.
 
 
Essential Functions:
  • Understands and is a subject matter expert for the organization on third party bad debt (ARM) business needs and everchanging compliance Establishes RevSpring as the clear leader in omni-channel engagement in the ARM market, and other financial services markets we pursue strategically
  • Drives product planning, design, and product requirements for new features and enhancements
  • Works cross-functionally to deliver products and features successfully to market
  • Researches and understands key channel engagement trends and ways we could utilize them in our business to improve results
  • Evangelizes with key internal and cross-team stakeholders
  • Participates in overall product strategy, research and development requirements for new and emerging products
  • Conducts market research and identifies and tracks market trends, competitive landscape and opportunities for omni-channel products
  • Conducts marketing analysis to develop product definitions
  • Understands and evaluates potential use cases and works with product owners and development teams to translate user needs into functional requirements
  • Develops and maintains a prioritized list of market requirements for product
  •  Leads pricing analysis, recommends pricing strategies
  • Coordinates and develops marketing and sales training for the products
  • Supports sales as an industry insider, meeting with ARM prospects and clients to explain how our omnichannel solutions work uniquely to solve the business needs
  • Participates in post-sales support for the product, including optimization, digital delivery performance and ROI
  • Produces, maintains and updates annual product forecast
  • Recommends strategies to improve market position, improve quality or reduce costs
  • Works with Product Marketing to establish the competitive positioning and product messaging based on market segments and buyer personas for marketing communications to use in sales and marketing materials
  • Communicates the value proposition of the products to the sales team and business partners
  • Ultimately responsible for launch of products related to the solution set, working with Launch Manager on coordination of launch, including coordination of all technical deadlines, training requirements for internal and external stakeholders, and coordination with marketing communications and sales organizations to ensure maximum penetration of market segment
 
Minimum Requirements:
Specific Job Skills:
  • Person must have direct experience leading product management or service engagement for email and text communications, such as marketing automation tools or print/electronic engagement platforms
  • Expertise around delivery strategies for consent management, in-box optimization, content optimization, delivery cadence, etc. 
  • Desirable if person worked in 3rd Party Collections and/or ARM markets, or experience providing related services in these markets
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory landscape, including CAN-SPAM, CFPB, FDCPA, TCPA
  • Technology/software/SaaS experience required
  • Strong relationship skills

Education: Four-year Bachelor’s Degree from college/university required
Experience: 3+ years of product or related service experience

Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
