Position Summary: The Chief Information Technology Officer plays a critical role in the Company’s success 
by overseeing all information technology (IT) functions within PFC USA. The position is responsible for 
anticipating, envisioning, strategizing, planning, structuring, and implementing the information technology
resources necessary for the Company’s success. In addition, this position is required to perform all the 
responsibilities and job-related duties as described below.
Position Responsibilities
• Model and exemplify the company’s core values of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
• Provide direction and leadership toward fulfilling the company’s vision and mission.
• In cooperation with the Senior Leadership Team, develop and implement the strategic goals and 
objectives of the IT department and organization.
• Actively engage in the work of the Senior Leadership Team, submitting important agenda items, 
providing meaningful feedback, and following through on action items.
• Actively participate in the StratOp strategic planning process, identifying, planning, implementing, and 
executing major strategic initiatives.
• Establishes the strategic direction of the company’s information systems (IS); executes this strategy in 
collaboration with company leadership. 
• Ensures the security, stability and reliability of all information technology systems required to maintain 
uninterrupted normal business operations, including ensuring prompt modernization and upgrades of 
information systems (IS) are performed as needed and maintained timely.
• Recruits, interviews, hires, trains, and retains all professional-level staff in the IT department; conducts 
performance evaluations that are timely and constructive; leads efficient operation of the team
• Works closely with all departments to ensure technology solutions are aligned with business needs
• Establish and oversee relationships with vendors primarily impacting Information Technology,
including vetting and selecting most appropriate vendors, collaborating with General Counsel and other 
PFC stakeholders to negotiate favorable contractual terms, coordinating efforts as necessary with other 
company departments, communicating with PFC Accounting Manager regarding billing, monitoring and 
evaluating vendor performance, communicating and resolving concerns, identifying and executing on 
opportunities for improvement, and providing support and information vendor needs to be successful.
• Maintain professional and technical IT knowledge by tracking emerging trends, reviewing professional 
publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; and participating 
in professional societies, all to ensure compliant and leading practices and policies.
• Directs and coordinates professional services such as systems analysis and design, feasibility studies, 
and programming of information, communication, and office automation systems.
• Identifies and recommends new technologies and services that will improve efficiency, processes, and 
operations; reviews requests for additional services and upgrades, assessing the costs and benefits to the 
• Maintains pace with technological progress, economic change, and company needs by directing 
continual improvements of IS staff, equipment, and procedures. 
• Ensures the integrity and reliability of computerized information systems, communication systems, and 
office systems including the security of data acquired and stored.
• Approves the purchase, rent, lease, license, or other acquisition of hardware, software, or services 
needed to meet company needs.

• Monitors and reports progress on development projects, resource utilization, and production 
performance to executive leadership.
• Facilitates preparation of project plans and proposals, outlining project objectives, IS requirements, and 
analytical and programming staffing requirements for proposed systems. 
• Prepares, implements, and executes IS budget.
• Manages technology related projects using PMI Standards
• Ensures users/customers are provided professional, courteous, and timely support and service
• Assure the proper operation of the network, network servers, and attached infrastructure
• Assure information systems adhere to industry and company standards for security and compliance
• Install, configure, and maintain corporate call center and phone systems
• Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned periodically by management


Required Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field; Master’s degree is strongly preferred
• Minimum of ten years of experience in the Information Technology field
• Leadership experience and formal leadership & management training strongly preferred
• ARM or Healthcare Industry experience strongly preferred.

• Ability to analyze data and follow through with IT requirements
• Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly master technology used in the organization.
• Understand Software Development Lifecycle and Agile Management Philosophies.
• Thorough understanding of IS policies and procedures.
• Must have a solid understanding of PCI DSS security practices.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
